My Month In Photos | December 2018

December really is the most wonderful time of the year and it's always a month I get really excited for as it feels like everything comes all at once for me - my birthday and Christmas! That being said it's always super hectic and busy and I have at times felt myself feeling a little burnt out. Fortunately for me I cracked out the majority of my Christmas shopping in November which did alleviate a lot of the work this month, but even so the to do lists have still felt a little never ending at times!

It has felt as though this month has been more wet than frosty but I've loved going on a couple of early morning dog walks to catch some signs of frost before its melted away.
I'm still hoping for snow too!

A real highlight of this month was getting our Christmas tree. It's always a favourite day of mine!
I'm so pleased with the one we chose this year and it was so much fun decorating it.

I decided to go for a shorter hair style this month and I'm glad I took the plunge as I just love it!

I turned 36 on the 8th and enjoyed a lovely day visiting one of my favourite
little restaurants and a Christmas market.

It was the most perfect chilled out day and exactly what I wanted!

We then enjoyed a couple of nights away at Soho Farmhouse
which really was the icing on the birthday cake!

I feel like I've been thoroughly spoilt this months with festive PR packages from brands
including this amazing advent calendar from Dermalogica.

We enjoyed a return visit to Christmas at Kew just before Christmas.
It was so festive and pretty!

As always the dogs got a little spoilt for Christmas!

We enjoyed Christmas at home this year

The Jus Rol cinnamon buns are our favourite breakfast over the festive period!

And there was plenty of lounging around in our PJs with the dogs!

All in all it's been a pretty great month and now all that's left to do is get ready for 2019!

How was December for you?

Happy New Year!
