Lucky Dip Club - Galentines Box

It's not often i'm left speechless by a Lucky Dip Club box but February's box did indeed leave me lost for words! The Lucky Dip Club theme for February was 'Galentines' and when I opened up my box it was just an explosion of love, gal pals and girl power. Everything about it was perfection! It also happened to be quite stationery heavy which always gives me the best feels!

Included In The Box:

BFF Two Part Keyring

Pack of 4 Girl Gang Greeting Cards
To Thine Self Be True Notebook
Unicorn & Rainbow Enamel Pin

GIRLS Glitter Banner DIY Kit

Girl Planet Issue 2

By far my favourite item from this box just had to be the amazing BFF keyring which split in half meaning that I could share it with my bestie. I don't think we've had any keyring's in the box before so this made a really nice change and I was so happy that I could share something from the box with my no.1 girl. I decided to pop it inside the Forever Friends card (also included in the box) and I posted it off to her knowing that it would make her day!

I always love any DIY projects that are included in these boxes and this month was no different. We received a super cute and sparkly glitter GIRLS bunting which I loved because it was really easy to put together, and it is the most perfect addition for my already happy girly space - my blogging desk!

Anyone who knows me or follows me on social media will already know that I have a slight addiction to stationery and lately I have been buying lots and lots of notebooks and planners. You can therefore imagine my elation when I saw this great quality hot pink notebook included in the box! I don't know why but I was initially pretty surprised by how much of a quality item this is. It has beautiful hard wearing cover and is substantially filled with handy ruled paper. I know i'm going to get some great use out of this notebook and it's exactly the kind of product I like to see included - original, cute and useful.

The stationery didn't stop there! Also included were 4 mini greeting cards all perfect for sending to my friends. Again, these are functional as well as being adorable and I know that I will use each and every one of them at some point. I love sending other people mail and, as much as I want to keep them for myself, I know they will be soon winging their way to new owners!

This month's pin had a really pretty unicorn and rainbow design. I love the fact that these Lucky Dip Club pins are so exclusive and only subscribers can get their paws on them! Pins are becoming hugely popular at the moment and thanks to LDC my collection is growing to be pretty epic.

February's box also included the 2nd edition of the Girl Planet mini magazine. I've said it before but i'll say it again - I really look forward to the zine! It's a regular part of the box which I adore and I really hope it never changes. It's so great reading about the box contributors and getting to know other subscribers. February's Girl Planet also included a handy pull out March calendar and a page for colouring in. It's such a happy, fun and positive creation which provides endless inspiration for any girl gang member. Keep up the amazing work Leona & Zabby!

My only complaint about this box would be the timing. In my opinion it would have been awesome to have received this one at the end of January so that we could have made use of these items in time for Galentines Day. All is not lost though and I shall definitely be saving a couple of cards for next year. I've also not had great success in opening the box with the new sticker fastening so my boxes have consequently been ripped apart meaning I haven't been able to take part in the box challenges each month. Next month i'm going to try my best to be extra careful to get it open!

Next month's box is a 'Bunnyland' theme and from what i've seen it's set to be another amazing box as LDC teams up with one of my all time favourites - Pony People. This has already sold out but if you are interested in subscribing, or buying a one off box, be sure to set your alarms for 7am on the first of the month to secure yourself a box. They usually sell out within an hour so act quickly to avoid any disappointment!
