This January I haven't set myself any grand new year goals and I have to say that it feels refreshingly great! I do have some personal goals that i've been working towards but, as they've already been in motion since last year, I didn't feel the need to make any additional resolutions of any kind.   

Veganuary At Wagamama

You should all know by now that one of my regular and all time favourite places to eat is Wagamama so when they invited me to their Colchester restaurant to enjoy some of their vegan dishes for Veganuary I of course jumped at the chance!

Chipotle Mexican Grill | London

This week I was invited along to the opening of a new Chipotle restaurant in London and I couldn't wait to go along as, having never eaten there before, I was really looking forward to trying their food for the first time and exploring their different plant based options. Chipotle now have seven locations in the London area, with the newest opening up just near Monument station in the City.
