Lucky Dip Club - Bunnyland Box

March's Lucky Dip Club 'Bunnyland' box was a beautiful explosion of spring time bunny loving! LDC teamed up with one of my all time favourite makers Pony People to create this box which just so happened to arrive in time for the Easter break.

Inside The Bunnyland Box:

Hand painted personalised bunny brooch
Strawberry bunny enamel pin
Super fun pastel bunny wallet
Bunny love sticker set
(All illustrations by Pony People)
Crochet bunny plant pot cosy DIY kit
Mini motivational cards
Girl Planet Issue 3

Plus I was lucky enough to win one of the raffle prizes
this month which was a virtual pet bunny brooch!

There was so much I loved about this Bunnyland box but I think if I had to choose a favourite item it would be the crochet DIY kit. I have the Lucky Dip Club to thank for my own love for crochet as it was one of their DIY kits last year which got me well and truly hooked on this craft. I discovered that it was something I really enjoyed and, with some practice and concentration, I found out that I wasn't too bad at it either!

I couldn't wait to get started on this new little project especially as I have been lusting over similar crochet cosy's online. And I was so pleased with my efforts! I'm definitely going to make more of these over the next few weeks!

If I had one minor complaint about this box it would be that maybe three badges / brooches was a bit pin overload for me! Don't get me wrong, I really liked all of the badges I received but I guess one would have been enough for me and I would have much preferred to receive two other different items that maybe I could have made better use of. That being said, I wore my personalised bunny name badge all over the Easter break and it received a lot of nice comments.

I've been eyeing up some motivational postcards from Kikki.K for a while now so I was really pleased to find some mini Lucky Dip Club versions inside the cute bunny wallet.

I really enjoyed reading through the latest Girl Planet issue with a cup of tea and some Easter treats in my hand! It was so lovely to see one of my fave online buddies and pen pal Claire from Claireabelle Makes contributing to this issue with a fun make your own bunny ears from the box challenge.  This issue also included a very cute pull out wall calendar and colouring in page. I really love the little extras within Girl Planet but i'm a little bit obsessed with trying to keep each issue in pristine condition. However, this month I just couldn't resist having a little colouring in session!

As always Girl Planet is one of my favourite things about this subscription box and I love getting to know the other subscribers and makers. They're all so interesting and inspiring!

I also have some exciting news ...... I am going to be featured in the next issue of Girl Planet!! Eeeeeek! As you can imagine i've been really excited about this and I can't wait to share it with you all next month.

Lucky Dip Club boxes go on sale on the 1st of every month at 7am so if you want to get your hands on one make sure you remember to set a reminder and an alarm! They always sell out within the hour so you must get in quick to avoid disappointment.
